ShapeScale offers a 90-day Pilot Period for all Customers, during which the Device and Services can be fully tested. This Pilot Period comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If a Customer is not satisfied with the Device or Services during the Pilot Period, they can return the Device and receive a full refund of the Deposit and any Service fees paid, subject to these Terms.
To initiate a return and request a refund, Customers should contact Shape at
hello@shapescale.com or their dedicated account manager, if applicable. Shape's customer success team will provide packing instructions and a return label. It is important that the Device is returned in its original packaging.

Refund Process
After Shape has received and inspected the returned Device, the Customer will receive a refund of their security deposit and any fees paid during the Pilot Period. Outside of the 90-day Pilot Period, Customers will only receive a refund of their security deposit, subject to Shape's inspection.
