REFUND & RETURN POLICY

ShapeScale offers a 90-day Pilot Period for all Customers, during which the Device and Services can be fully tested. This Pilot Period comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If a Customer is not satisfied with the Device or Services during the Pilot Period, they can return the Device and receive a full refund of the Deposit and any Service fees paid, subject to these Terms.

To initiate a return and request a refund, Customers should contact Shape at hello@shapescale.com or their dedicated account manager, if applicable. Shape's customer success team will provide packing instructions and a return label. It is important that the Device is returned in its original packaging.

Exceptions to Refund and Return Policy

This policy does not cover:
  • Lost Device(s);
  • Damage or failure through misuse or malfunction, normal wear and tear, improper or negligent use, improper or abnormal use, or any use contrary to instructions provided by Shape.
Refund Process

After Shape has received and inspected the returned Device, the Customer will receive a refund of their security deposit and any fees paid during the Pilot Period. Outside of the 90-day Pilot Period, Customers will only receive a refund of their security deposit, subject to Shape's inspection.
